Option 2 (Slightly Improved)
You are aware that there is some amount of work that will need to be done before you have your home listed. However, you may not have the financial means to do a complete renovation. We will create a well-organized plan of what home improvements require the most attention, in order to guide you through the process of selling your home at a fair price. Option 3 (Lightly improved)
Your house requires moderate repairs that if not done, will affect the living conditions for your new Buyers. We will work within your budget, to complete these necessary repairs. Some of these repairs may be as simple as a leaky dripping faucets, holes in the wall, etc.
Option 4 (Not improved)
You current financial situation does not allow for any repairs, therefore, you have decided to sell your home "As Is"; meaning, you will not make any repairs to it before selling. This option is mostly used in "Short Sales" and "Estate Sales", where the properties are sold in whichever condition they are found.
